Cecino's Rules & Terms — Complete Guide

These terms and conditions apply to all members using the Cecino platform (cecino.app). By opening an account, browsing the website, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Cecino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the site and communicated via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the decision of Cecino's management shall be considered final.

To open an account at Cecino, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years is required.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.

• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The referred friend must complete their first deposit.

Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously. Bonuses are for betting purposes only and cannot be withdrawn directly. Cecino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules apply when placing bets at Cecino:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Cecino is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions during live betting.
• Cecino reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Cash Out may not be available in all markets or at all times.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, the decision of the official sports governing body shall be considered final.

If Cecino detects suspicious betting patterns, the bets in question may be held for review. Payouts on bets linked to match-fixing or any other illegal activity will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Multi-Account: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Using betting strategies to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Fraud: False identity, stolen payment details, or fraudulent transactions.
• Hacking or System Exploitation: Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using Cecino for illegal money laundering purposes.

Cecino may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• In cases of violation of the rules and terms.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. Before closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn, provided no violations have occurred.

A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Cecino places the highest priority on protecting the personal information of its members. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account password with others.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial loss from betting — betting carries risk and winning is never guaranteed.

Cecino always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service; however, scheduled maintenance or emergencies may require temporary downtime. We will do our best to notify members in advance when this occurs.
